We are inviting recent graduates from selected universities who like teaching, explaining ideas, and working with students to apply for this program.
This is a 3-month paid internship and training program. If you finish successfully, you will get a full-time Master Teacher job at Vedantu. You will get paid while you learn to become a master teacher!
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn Vedantu’s specific teaching methodology.
2. Prepare detailed concept explanations.
3. Conduct and participate in mock lessons.
4. Record demo sessions for review.
5. Take part in feedback-based skill development.
6. Explore student learning psychology and classroom communication.
7. Understand curriculum relevance.
8. Collaborate with mentors and experienced Master Teachers.
9. Slowly begin teaching in real student environments.

7. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
8. Prior tutoring or mentoring experience is a plus, but not mandatory
