Patent Law Internship – Udaghosh Social Welfare Society

Are you well-versed in patent laws, filing procedures, and intellectual property right?

Please Note:

This opportunity is only for candidates who already have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in patent law. Freshers without knowledge of patents, forms, and filing processes are strictly requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting patent research and prior art searches.

2. Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and filing patent applications (Forms 1, 2, 3, 5, 18, etc.).

3. Preparing responses to office actions and supporting compliance with IPO/WIPO guidelines.

4. Helping in drafting provisional and complete specifications Law/Legal Internship 2025.
