About thr CSC

The primary role of this internship is to assist in servicing the IT support needs of our end-users and clients in a dynamic and result-oriented environment. You will be responsible for providing both onsite and remote support under the guidance of experienced team members.

This role requires excellent communication skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. You will handle a variety of tasks and support tickets, contributing to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work as a member of the Global IT Organization, in a newly formed global IT Service team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You will provide local support to onsite users and remote support to our user base globally. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures and utilize our internal knowledge base, communicating effectively with other IT teams.

Position: Service Desk Internship (Hybrid)
