  • Diagnose aircraft by analysing fault logs, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manuals and MEL (Minimum Equipment List) protocols to determine root causes.
  • Coordinate maintenance planning and resource allocation under real-world operational conditions.
  • Forecast material requirements using flight schedules and inventory data to support safe and efficient operations.

Your Goal

  • Complete a structured WREQ (Work Request) that reflects British Airways’ safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Adapt maintenance and supply-chain plans in response to changing parts availability, demonstrating risk management and sustainability.
