About part time job/internship
We are seeking interns for RDSSDF (www.rdssdf.org) and the Amyloidosis Support Group of India (ASGI) (https://amyloidosissupport.in)- a project under RDSSDF.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and manage the development of website content and context for RDSSDF and ASGI (https://amyloidosissupport.in)
2. Design and develop the strategic plan for RDSSDF
3. Create special monitoring & evaluation (M&E) tools to track progress under SDG 2030 across 100 districts in India
4. Build and implement policies aligned with organizational goals
5. Manage and execute social media strategies to boost awareness and engagement
6. Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote the mission and programs
7. Provide guidance and emotional support to individuals and families impacted by amyloidosis
8. Initiate and manage fundraising activities to support ASGI’s operations
9. Raise awareness about amyloidosis and available support services
10. Support patients and families through structured support programs
11. Organise meaningful events to foster community engagement and spread awareness
12. Engage in various tasks related to institutional and organizational development, strategic planning, and implementation framework design
13. Actively participate in the strategic planning activities for RDSSDF to gain broader exposure and contribute to long-term impact

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 11,000 – 21,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 – 5,000 /month
1. The work will follow a hybrid model, with 80% of the responsibilities conducted in a virtual environment
2. Opportunity to engage in face-to-face meetings with stakeholders as needed, which is crucial for the extensive content creation required across our diverse projects
3. We will provide travel and food allowances for any work days involving stakeholder meetings, which are essential for the development of various strategic frameworks and plans across our entities

Eligibility Criteria for Community Management Internship 2025
Candidates must be pursuing or have completed graduation/post-graduation in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Sociology, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.
Strong interest in community development, rural empowerment, social research, and sustainable practices.
Should have good communication skills and ability to work in field environments.
Willingness to travel to project locations and engage with diverse communities.
Basic computer skills for report writing, data management, and communication.

Stipend and Financial Benefits
RDSSDF offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹12,000, depending on the intern’s educational qualification and experience.
In some cases, travel and field allowances are provided to cover project-related expenses.
